Donation Month for Isabel Hospice!

Chapman Ventilation joined the sustainability initiative “Tonnes of Care” led by our local charity, Isabel Hospice, in May 2022.

The “Tonnes of Care” initiative enables Isabel Hospice to receive donations of unwanted goods that they can sell in their charity shops. The sales from donations pays for the crucial nursing care that is provided for those who are terminally ill in Isabel Hospice. Donations to this scheme also lessen the environmental impact as it prevents items from going to landfill.

We celebrated our two year anniversary of being partnered with “Tonnes of Care” by organising a month long donation event. A section of our staff dining room became our donation point and it was decorated with Isabel Hospice balloons, posters and their donation box.

Our generous team donated a huge assortment of their preloved and unwanted items throughout May, and we will look forward to hearing the positive impact it has for Isabel Hospice.

The ongoing support from our employees for “Tonnes of Care” shows the true kindness of our team for our local charity, which is essential to the people in Welwyn Garden City.
