Employer Engagement Breakfast

Chapman Ventilation are proud to be Gold Award holders of the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). We have also signed the Armed Forces Covenant to show our support to those that protect our nation.
On 7 March, Managing Director, Ant Chapman, and Armed Forces Champion, Katie Neville, were delighted to attend the Employer Engagement Breakfast. Hosted by the East Anglia Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (EA RFCA), the event was held at The Grand Barn at Essendon Country Club.
The breakfast gathered Hertfordshire business leaders together to hear from Cadet Force Adult Volunteers on how their volunteering has assisted them in the workplace. It also provided an opportunity for us as ERS Gold Award holders to hear how we can support cadet forces and advocate the benefits of striving for gold to other employers.
