International Women’s Day

At Chapman Ventilation, we proudly join businesses across the globe in recognising International Women’s Day each year.

Despite operating in a predominantly male industry, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and are dedicated to placing the most skilled individuals in the appropriate roles, ensuring our continued success.

We believe in the importance of training and development, and invest in our team to ensure they have fulfilling and rewarding careers. Currently, we have several women in management roles in various departments across the business and we also have ladies studying for numerous qualifications from finance to AI.

Furthermore, our sponsorship of the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce enables our team to participate in peer learning and networking events, including the Wellbeing Conference and Women in Leadership Conference.

We will continue to support and empower the women in our business to reach their potential and celebrate their achievements.
