Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

We’re deeply honoured to have recently received a Silver Award from the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme. This award recognises Chapman Ventilation’s contribution to supporting military personnel in a number of ways. This includes employing Reservists and Veterans, as well as offering Insight Days and Workplace Attachment opportunities to Service Leavers to support their transition to civilian life.

Receiving the award at a ceremony at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, Managing Director Ant Chapman said “Along with many other great employers from East Anglia here this evening, as an active Armed Forces Covenant Signatory we’re incredibly humbled to receive this Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award for 2016.  Our relationship with the military community in Hertfordshire and further afield goes back many years and as current employer of Reservists, Service Leavers and Veterans I can only but endorse the tremendous value they bring to our business and they have so selflessly given to our great country during their Service”
