We were recently approached by an industrial client to design, manufacture and install a bespoke stainless-steel exhaust system for an incinerator. This project allowed us to showcase our market-leading fabrication skills to provide a tailored solution. Incinco are a leading incinerator supplier, manufacturing and distributing systems across the country. Like many Chapman Ventilation projects, the time-sensitivity of this task meant efficient working was crucial. Given the scope of Incinco’s operations, it was essential that the new exhaust system be fitted with minimal disruption.

Precise Manufacturing
The project required extreme precision across a variety of steel sizes and thicknesses in order to ensure successful operation. We were able to turn around the project quickly and provided the client with two full exhaust systems with actuation valves and gasket joints, all manufactured on-site in Welwyn Garden City.
