David Chapman and Nigel Atkinson were delighted to attend the 2023 Hero & Icon Awards on 14 November to celebrate the best in hospitality. Held annually, the venue for this years event was the Roundhouse Camden, in London.

The prestigious awards featured an astonishing 104 nominations from UK brands and businesses across 14 categories, a clear demonstration of why this event is recognised as a highlight in the industry calendar.
