To raise money for Mental Health Awareness Week 2019, we hosted our very own bake sale on Thursday 16th May. Mental Health Awareness Week is organised by The Mental Health Foundation. It is a U.K based charity which helps people to thrive through understanding, protecting and sustaining mental health.
A team of enthusiastic bakers from Chapman Ventilation baked some delicious cakes for us all to enjoy. We had an array of sweet treats on sale including: chocolate and pretzel muffins, Jaffa cake brownies, raspberry and passionfruit cupcakes, rice krispie cakes and my personal favourite chocolate fridge cake. Needless to say, there was nothing left to take home for midnight snacks.
Not only did we get to indulge in cakes all day we raised over £50 for the Mental Health Foundation, adding on the extra calories was all worth it in the name of charity.

Well done team Chapman Ventilation!
