Outsiders, Coal Drops Yard

This exciting commercial project involved us designing and installing a new ventilation system in a retail unit in the new Coal Drops Yard development in Kings Cross. We installed a state-of-the-art heat recovery system, including thermoscreen over door heaters to provide a comfortable customer environment.

We also installed twin Mitsubishi low pressure hot water heat recovery systems. This included the 2 HX 1500 W thermoscreen over door heaters. In addition, we designed and installed the entire ventilation system including pipework installation and commissioning. Our team also dealt with the water treatment including domestic water chlorination and LPHW flushing. Our in-house team project managed the installation from start to finish, including a full commissioning and handover.
