The Centre for Army Leadership’s Executive Leadership Day

We were very proud to have been awarded the Gold MOD Employer Recognition Scheme back in 2021, an award that reflects our commitment to the Armed Forces. We have also signed the Armed Forces Covenant to show our support to those that protect our nation.

On 16 May 2023, Bethany McKeag, Management Accountant and Katie Neville, Executive Assistant and Marketing Lead, attended an Executive Leadership course run by The Centre for Army Leadership. The course was  held at the Cambridge University Officers’ Training Corps and attended by 50 delegates.

The course explained the Army Leadership Code and their standards and values, and included a variety of activities such as STEM challenges, Command Tasks and Planning Exercises.

Katie said “it was brilliant to see first hand the skills and behaviours that are taught and encouraged in The Army and understand the life experiences that are achieved. We employ veterans and reservists and are a better business because of the broad skills and strong values that they bring to the table. We are very proud to support those who have stood up and served our country”.
