The Ivy Collection, restaurant concept backed by Richard Caring, has confirmed plans to open at three former Jamie Oliver sites in Cardiff and London.
Following the recent closure of restaurants by Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, The Ivy has acquired two Jamie Oliver sites in Cardiff and London Victoria, along with Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa Steakhouse located near St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
The Ivy Collection is opening its second Ivy Asia at the former Barbecoa Steakhouse site this autumn, becoming the second Ivy Asia for the group. The Ivy Asia made its first debut in Manchester last year, located on the second floor of the Ivy’s biggest site to-date at Spinningfield’s. The restaurant offers a range of Asian inspired dishes including wagyu beef with truffle sauce and salmon teriyaki, decorated with green stone floors, gold-gilt ceilings and Asian inspired furniture.
