As everyone is well aware, the restaurant sector struggled enormously during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, we are now finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel and can reflect on the resilience of the restaurant sector.
Hospitality is the third largest private sector employer in the UK and thousands of people working in this industry have sadly been affected by the pandemic. We recognise the impact that industry leaders, such as Kate Nicholls OBE, Chief Executive at UKHospitality, had on guiding us through this unprecedented time. The support they have provided to all workers in hospitality has been invaluable and very much appreciated.
Therefore, we were extremely pleased to read the article in the link below that tips the UK restaurant market to grow by 60% in 2022. It provides hope that the hospitality industry will potentially recover to 94% of its 2019 value this year, which would be a great achievement for this fantastic and committed sector.

At Chapman Ventilation business doesn’t stop! We are looking forward to continuing to work with our current customers and also working with new brands during what hopes to be an exciting year for UK restaurants.
